In the spirit of building a community and becoming a resource to reveal and remove the barriers that exist in our workplace, HiddenBarriers.org seeks to reflect that spirit in the copyrights for the work on our site. Like Creative Commons we "...understand that innovation and new ideas come from building off of existing ones," and we welcome new ideas and efforts that align with our cause.
