Hidden Barriers

At Level Playing Field Institute, we believe that fairness is a worthy goal for our workplaces, but there are some real barriers that prevent this from happening. We believe that change in our workplaces can exist by helping individuals to understand and reveal these barriers, and equipping organizations with effective tools to remove them. There are things that each of us can do to achieve a true level playing field in our workplaces- by speaking up, understanding our own biases, advocating for others, and being part of changing organizational practices that are unfair to some.
